We recommend using one of the two options below for the quickest solution to your technical support inquiries. To cancel your service, click on "My Account" in the upper right of the screen. Login and click on your current subscription and select "Cancel Subscription" or create a support ticket with the name on the account. Your service ends at the end of your term. If you cancel before the end of the free trial, you will not be charged for the month. If you've got a BILLING dispute, we'll resolve it for you quickly by clicking HERE.
