To use VUtv+ on your computer, Mac or PC, you need to first download and open the PC version of VUtv+ which is called NORA GO. To download the PC App, please search for Nora Go, Windows. We suggest you save the file to "desktop" so it is easy to find the file once it is downloaded. When the download is finished, look for the file "VUtv-PC-App.7z" where you saved the file. This is a Zipped File and you will need a zip extractor program on your computer such as Winzip, BreeZip etc. to complete the installation. Zip extractor programs are very common and most are free. Your computer may already have a zip extractor installed. You'll know by right clicking your mouse on the file "VUtv-PC-App.7z". If you have or just added a Zip extractor to your computer, you'll see the words "Extract file" or "Open With"(and the name of the zip extract program) by right clicking on "VUtv-PC-App.7z". Now go ahead and click "Extract File" or the Zip program listed next to "Open With". It will then extract the file and ask you where to save it to. The file that it will extract is "NoraGO Setup 2.4.1" Make sure you remember where you save this extracted file to on your computer and navigate to it once it's been extracted. Find the extracted file "NoraGO Setup 2.4.1" Double click the file and and it will install and automatically open itself up. The file is compatible with Windows 11.
Once you open the app, enter the provider ID 214. Add your VUtv+ username and password included in your activation email.
